Product Exchange
Because each item from Dare to Dream Graphics is custom made especially for you, all custom and personalized sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds due to incorrect sizing, change of mind, or errors in information provided by the customer.
We want you to be completely happy with your order! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error made by Dare to Dream Graphics, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
We may ask you to provide photos showing the damage or error. Once the issue is verified, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund when appropriate.
Artwork Approval & Reprints
Please carefully review all artwork, spelling, names, dates, colors, sizing, placement, and other details before giving final approval.
Once artwork has been approved and the item has been printed, the approved design is considered final. If an issue is discovered in the artwork after approval, the customer will be responsible for any additional reprinting and/or replacement costs.
If the error was made by Dare to Dream Graphics after the artwork was approved—for example, the finished product does not match the approved design—we will correct and replace the item at no additional charge.
If we made the mistake, we’ll make it right. If the approved artwork needs to be changed after printing, reprinting costs are the buyer’s responsibility. ❤️
